Gel Polish Review

Foxy21 New Gel Polish

Hi to you all and I hope you are all well.  I'm super busy with reviews and today's is a special one. I was contacted by Ryan and after being given some amazing feedback on my blog, was asked if I'd kindly review some new polishes from a brand called 'Foxy21'.
The predecessor to the Foxy21 brand was successfully shipped to over 30 countries worlwide. The Foxy21 brand is a new and improved formula and is now being offered to the UK market. The nail polish will be available in over 100 diffferent shades, as well as top and base coats.

Just look at all these amazing choice of colours, a stunning rainbow and so beautiful.

The polishes came packaged really well in these holders.
I also got some removal sachets and a magnet for one of the polishes, I will explain more later in this post.
So I was sent a top and base coat, a beautiful pink number 1325, a black number 1348, a red number 1343 and a Chameleon Cats Eyes number 095 - which where the magnet comes in. These polishes are 15ml in size and I think the design and gold finish makes them look really special.
You can find these polishes by visiting
Foxy Beauty and get 50% off your first purchase, there is no code, just mention it is your first order. These polishes are £6.96 each, plus customers also get a 5% discount if you spend over £199 and 10% if you spend over £399.
My first swatch is with the Cameleon Cat's Eyes. This gel polish is very similar to magnetic nail polish, but the effect is even more stunning. I applied the base coat first and cured for 30 seconds under my led light. Then one thin coat of the Cats Eye gel polish, cured again for 30 seconds. After applying the second coat I held the magnet at an angle over the polish for about 10 seconds, then cured again. Top coated, cured for the last time and wiped off the tacky residue.

The cats eye effect is stunning, and when you move your nails it seems to move too! Then I wondered if a magnet for a magentic polish would work.. The effect isn't as pretty but it does work.
Next I used the very pretty pink that I'd describe as a dusky pink.  For this mani I tried something different just to see if it would work. I used a peel off base polish that you'd normally use for the easier removal of glitter polish. Once this had dried I applied 2 thin coats of the pink, curing for 30 seconds in between each coat. Top coated and cured again and wiped off the tacky residue.

How pretty is this colour. Super smooth and glossy. I love it ♡
Now as my nails are natural and the buffing  and soak off method worked fine, I didn't want to over dry out my nails, so this is were the peel off base comes in. And it worked!! Using a wooden cuticle stick, I gently peeled the polish from my nails.
How awesome is this! Plus it was so much quicker than the soak off method.
I'll be doing a separate post for the red and black Foxy21 Gel Polishes. But from first impressions they are amazing polishes and beautiful to use and wear.
Stay safe and much love....
