As we say goodbye to the unofficial end of summer this weekend, I wanted to squeeze in one more summer collection. The good news is that this collection can easily be used for fall and winter, so it's not like we are too late! This is the Morgan Taylor A Very Nauti-Cal Girl Collection, and it has three cremes and a shimmer frost. So let's get to it!

Wish Upon a Starboard: 3 coats. This is a squishy jelly red polish and it is shown below with NO top coat. That is how shiny it is! Because of the length of my nails, the polish had VNL at 2 coats, despite being opaque, so I did three nails. It's a bright cherry red and I love the formula.

Girls Love Buoys: 2 coats plus top coat. This is a vibrant bright pink creme. Because it has some neon pigment, it dries down a bit matte, so you need top coat to make it shine. This is another great pedicure color. I currently have Morgan Taylor B-Girl Style on my toes and this will be next!

Catch My Drift: 3 coats. Like Wish Upon a Starboard, this color is a squishy jelly! It is opaque in 2 coats, but the length of your nails will determine if you need a third coat. This is a beautiful cobalt creme that is definitely useable for the fall and winter seasons.

My Yacht, My Rules!: 3 coats. They call this a frost but it's not frosty with application. It's a pretty white shimmer with green and blue shimmer flecks. This will be absolutely perfect for snowy nail art too. Formula was good for this type of color--you may be able to get it done in 2 coats but I prefer thinner coats.

This is definitely perfect for Memorial Day and 4th of July but My Yacht, My Rules! is an amazing winter color as well, and so is Wish Upon a Starboard. I also always do my toes year round, even in the winter, and Girls Love Buoys is awesome.
