Major Lazer is no stranger to making hits. In fact, they have made so many top charting songs that they have become one of the most popular electronic music bands in current times.
Now the EDM group is back at it again, with a new song that features pop heartthrob Justin Bieber and singer songwriter, MØ.
The song, entitled "Lifeline," holds true to Major Lazer's signature sound, with dance music influences stemming throughout.
The song sits at just over three minutes long, and is a little softer than Major Lazer's recent works.
The song was written by Benny Blanco and Ed Sheeran, a rather odd duo for this genre. Despite this, you can definitely see the influences of Ed Sheeran in this new song and it works rather well.
Take a listen to the new track below.
Major Lazer is an electronic dance music group consisting of members: Diplo, Jillionaire, and Walshy Fire. The group formed in 2008 and soon released a long list of hit songs. Their most recent top works include "Lean On," and "Light It Up."
